How Pioneership is built.

Pioneership measures how you create, not who you are. The assessment scores two axes: Creation (Pioneering the new ↔ Perfecting the proven) and Focus (Pattern ↔ Throughput). Your position on those two axes places you in one of four quadrants, Visioneers, Catalysts, Scalers, Marshals, and resolves to a primary and secondary type among the eight Pioneership types.

Every answer option carries calibrated weights on both axes. Scoring is fully deterministic: the same answers always produce the same result, and AI is used only to write the narrative around your scores, never to decide them.

Honest by design

· Your result always shows the spectrum behind the label; a borderline result says so plainly.
· Every report carries a signal-strength number per section; a mushy result reads LOW instead of pretending.
· Answer order is randomized per person, so the assessment cannot be gamed by pattern-matching.
· Your result names what your profile is missing, not only what it is good at.

Reliability numbers: publishing after the pilot

We are running a structured reliability pilot (internal-consistency and test-retest, 2 to 4 week windows). The real figures will be published on this page, whatever they are. We do not publish claims we have not measured.
